Report a problem

Email hello@surfacetoday.com with the subject Correction request. Please include:

• the URL of the story on The Surface Today;
• what you believe is inaccurate or misleading;
• a reliable source supporting the correction; and
• how we can contact you if clarification is needed.

If the issue is in an original publisher article, contact that publisher as the source of record. You may still notify us if their change affects our brief.

Publisher and rights-holder requests

Email hello@surfacetoday.com with the subject Publisher removal request. Include the affected URLs, the publication or rights holder you represent, your relationship to it, and the action requested.

We review specific, verifiable requests promptly. We may temporarily remove or stop refreshing affected material while a request is being assessed.

What may change

Depending on the issue, we may update or remove a brief, correct its attribution or link, stop using a source, or regenerate the affected live presentation or its affected regional list.

Response targets

Aleksander Hurtley reviews correction and removal requests sent to hello@surfacetoday.com. We aim to acknowledge a request within one business day and provide an initial decision or assessment within two business days. A matter requiring verification may take longer to resolve, in which case we will explain the next step.

For an urgent privacy or safety concern, use the subject Urgent privacy or safety request. We prioritize those reports for review within 24 hours and may temporarily remove affected material while assessing them.
